The applicant MUST HAVE luxury sales experience and exceptional customer service skills
Specific Roles and Responsibilities include:
Confident in styling and advising customers to deliver luxurious shopping experience.
Develop loyalty and connections with our customers by building relationships through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales including omnichannel way of thinking and selling.
Have an awareness of current brand marketing campaigns, social media and emailers, new launches and promotions.
To deal effectively and proactively with all customer enquiries.
Feedback to manager on current trade and share any customer feedback.
Ensure a knowledge of company's omni-channel monthly sales targets.
Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, hospitality, visual merchandising within the store. Alongside following all stock management procedures.
To be conversant with selling systems and Company administration procedures.
Proven selling skills and working against targets
A great communicator and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Eager to learn and build on your retail and product knowledge
Be articulate with a good command of both spoken and written English
A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.
