Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing & Operations Assistant to help develop and implement effective marketing strategies and assist with the administrative day-to-day operations of running of a sustainable fashion brand.

You will be responsible for brainstorming, presenting and executing creative ideas for marketing activities, creating content, reporting on campaign results and company analytics, conducting industry, competitor and market research, developing our brand voice and messaging, customer service duties, creating presentations and streamlining company processes.

Working closely with the founder, this role will be very hands on and will require a certain level of adaptability to work across many different areas of the business. For this role, you should be creative, organised and results oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and implement effective marketing strategies;
  • Brainstorming, presenting and executing creative ideas for marketing activities;
  • Assist with the administrative day-to-day operations;
  • Brainstorming ideas to meet sale and marketing objectives;
  • Help develop and optimise marketing campaigns (product launches and promotion);
  • Report on campaign results and company analytics;
  • Conduct industry, competitor and market research;
  • Develop the brand voice and messaging;
  • Research markets and develop the company’s brand;
  • Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening the brand.

Personal Specification

  • You are a hands-on person who gets stuck in and loves figuring things out;
  • You care about sustainable fashion and believe in our mission;
  • You are happy working remotely at the start with office option following;
  • Organisational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning;
  • Results driven attitude and a creative mindset;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to conduct research and analyse data;
  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices;
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field is a plus but not required for this role.
