An experienced administrator is required to work with the Fashion Business School Knowledge Exchange Lead to develop and support projects designed to enhance the advancement of Knowledge Exchange (KE) in the Fashion Business School and the experience of Fashion Business School students undertaking the Diploma in Professional Studies (DiPS) optional year. This will include creating project monitoring systems, liaising with academic staff and students as well as employers and external Knowledge Exchange partners.
You will provide a professional customer service interface with the College and Fashion Business School, ensuring excellent communication with staff and students, and proactive organisational planning.
Additionally, you will coordinate the provision of administrative support for LCF’s Executive and MBA courses, including supporting their academic teams, project manager and students attached to this academic provision.
Communicating with students including chasing for timely submission of documents to participate in DiPS and KE activities
Administration of application process for DiPS
Recording attendance (registers)
Checking completed placement visit forms and checking the visit forms have been uploaded
Responding to student queries
Support organisation and set up of KE activities at external venue March 2023
Data input and extracting and sharing data with external partner
Set up Eventbrite ticketing
Assist with promotional communications for KE events and activities
Ad hoc administrative tasks such as room bookings and oversight of catering bookings
Attend biweekly catch up meetings with KE lead and academic staff as required.
Assist with settling and welcoming new students
Support back office administration for executive training programme
