The University’s recently formed Social Purpose Group brings together communications, the new Social Purpose Lab, fundraising and UAL’s recently launched AKO Storytelling Institute. Together, the group will enable UAL to change and shape the world for the better.
Reporting to the Head of Social Purpose Operations, you will coordinate and support a programme of engagement on social purpose with UAL’s stakeholders. The team is based at High Holborn but the role will require the post holder to work across multiple sites to support activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Social Purpose Officer (CSPO) in successfully engaging with UAL staff and students on becoming a purpose driven organisation.
- Oversee the timeline and schedule for these engagement activities.
- Coordinate content and timings with UAL departments, colleges and institutes to arrange a series of workshops, events and activities.
- Lead on diary management and room booking, where required, for these activities.
- Collate requirements from the departments to brief the CSPO.
- Attend meetings and sessions where needed to support the CSPO, including note taking.
- Collect and organise feedback and outputs from these activities.
- Other administrative duties for the Social Purpose Group as required
