· Deliver an in-house content production function, ensuring high-quality outputs for external audiences such as potential customers, teaching staff at our approved centres, students, parents and other stakeholders
· Review, design, produce and edit content for a range of activities including our marketing, research and policy work, events, and teaching and learning resources for centres
· Create written content both independently and often through collaboration with contributing colleagues and external writers or specialists
· Create, produce, and edit audio-visual content, including video, animation and podcasts and/or supervise external freelancers to achieve the same
· Ensure that our outputs reflect the vibrant creative student community at our approved centres
· Maintain and improve our high creative and design standards to reflect our position as a leading brand in the creative field
· Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other software to prepare images, video, text and layouts, animations and content for websites and social media, including for digital advertising
· Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other software to prepare images and text for printed outputs such as brochures, books or event banners and signage
· Proof content produced by self and others for written accuracy and good design, ensuring our outputs are both appealing and accessible to audiences with a variety of needs
· Ensure equality, diversity and inclusivity in own content creation and production, and support best practice across collaborators in this regard in all that they produce
· Work with manager to develop processes and workflows that make for efficient and timely creation, editing, production and sign-off points in line with audiences and departmental needs
· Proactively seek solution to problems, working with contributors and team members to overcome blocks to the timely creation of content to a high standard.
