Motion Graphics Designer

We have partnered with one of the leading creative studios of London which is working with a range of clients within beauty, wellness and fashion. Hence we are looking for a few creatives to support them with their on-going briefs and requirements.

1. Develop innovative motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas that effectively communicate our brand message and meet project objectives.
3. Design and animate graphics, text, and other visual elements using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics design to continuously improve the quality and impact of our work.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and creative direction.
6. Maintain organized project files and assets to facilitate efficient workflow and seamless collaboration with team members.
7. Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate on designs to meet project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
8. Contribute to the development and evolution of our brand identity through innovative design solutions and creative storytelling.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
2. Proven experience creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital media, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new techniques and technologies.
8. Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project milestones.
