Are you an enthusiastic Junior Support Analyst looking to provide 2nd line support in a large and complex technical environment?
We seek a motivated individual interested in broadening their IT skills and joining the Digital & Technology team.
With a can-do attitude, you’ll play a vital role in supporting users both desk-side and deployments, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk. You’ll support both staff and student computers, providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests for hardware and software, as well as engaging with project work when it arises.
This role will suit an experienced individual looking to expand their skill set within a large environment supporting Mac and Windows technologies.
