Ideal candidates should have a genuine interest in people and cities, and a passion for developing enduring products and solutions that better the lives of those who use them.

Working closely with their studios in Australia and New Zealand, they're looking for someone with energy, a voice and enthusiasm to inspire the team and represent the company at all levels, coupled with the drive to continually push themselves and grow in a personal and professional capacity.

  • Mentor or act as a ‘buddy’ to other Wayfinding Designers, Interns or New Starters.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and develop technical and professional development skills.

Personal Specification

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Planning or related field.
  • 2+ years' industry experience in wayfinding strategy and design, including a high-quality portfolio of work. Please note: candidates with no previous wayfinding experience will not be considered.

  • Strong written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and works well under pressure.
