Our client is looking for talented and self-motivated Strategists and Designers to join our London studio. With immediate and multiple openings from Designer to Senior Designer level, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning design practice, delivering high-profile projects throughout the UK and internationally.

Working closely with their studios in Australia and New Zealand, they're looking for someone with energy, a voice and enthusiasm to inspire the team and represent the company at all levels, coupled with the drive to continually push themselves and grow in a personal and professional capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Help people navigate spaces effectively by designing systems like signage, maps, and visual cues
- Understand user needs and design intuitive paths and sign placements.
- Observe how people interact with spaces and collecting feedback to inform designs.
- Create strategies, detailed designs, and guidelines for complex spaces like buildings or outdoor areas.
- Handle design that includes Signage Design, Environmental Graphics, UX and Spatial Design
- Work with architects, graphic designers, and other teams to create cohesive designs.
- Help with producing artwork and ensuring everything meets quality standards.
- Plan and prepare presentations and design reports to a high standard.
- Deliver client and stakeholder presentations/workshops with support from the senior team.
- Act as project lead (for candidates with relevant experience), managing client relationships, budgets, programmes, resources and delivery teams.
- Assist with new business opportunities, including tenders, pitches and competitions.
- Mentor or act as a ‘buddy’ to other Wayfinding Designers, Interns or New Starters.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and develop technical and professional development skills.
