The Student Marketing and Recruitment Team are hiring first year and postgraduate students to become Student Ambassadors at Chelsea College of Arts.
If selected, you will be hired on an ad-hoc basis to guide groups of up to fifteen visitors around the college when they visit for College Tours and Open Days, as well as other more infrequent opportunities.
You will be able to respond to callouts from the Student Marketing and Recruitment Team when we are looking for Student Ambassadors, meaning that work will fit around your schedule.
You can gain fantastic work experience, become a more confident speaker and share your knowledge of the college and your course with people who are considering enrolling at Chelsea College of Arts.
You will meet and work with other Ambassadors and earn a competitive salary.
Student Ambassadors giving college tours will receive tour training on Wednesday 5 March 2025 between 11am and 5pm (final timings to be confirmed). You must be available to attend this training session.
You will be provided with a script and prompts to use during the tours. The training session will highlight health and safety practices and empower you to give confident and knowledgeable tours of the college. You will be shown what route to take and which parts of the college to show visitors.
Types of work available: College Tours, Open Days and Offer Holder Events.
Events take place at different times throughout the year. Work will be offered to all Ambassadors for you to then put yourself forward for. We will then select Ambassadors from those who have responded to the callout, selecting based on the speed of your reply and how many Ambassadors from each course we need to represent the college.
