CSM Content Creators – Student led videos

The Central Saint Martins Marketing team are looking for several current CSM students to create TikTok/IG Reels inspired content for a marketing campaign aimed at prospective students and offer holders.   

We would like these short and fun videos to cover one or more of the following themes: 

• • Exploring facilities/workshops at CSM
  • ‘Day in the life of a (course) student at CSM’ or ‘Come with me to X event’
  •  Top tips for studying your course at CSM
  •  Internship/careers/collaboration opportunities 
  • How to prepare yourself/what your first week/term was like at CSM 

The video specifications are: 

• • Filmed in portrait, in the style of a TikTok/IG Reel
  • Created/edited in Premiere Rush, Instagram or Capcut – must not have a watermark
  •  Include a voiceover, rather than using the automated text to voice function
  •  Include captions, or a separate file with written captions 
  • Music should be copyright free and instrumental 

Videos will need to be sent to the SMR team for review on Mon 9 Feb. Edits and feedback will be provided, and then need to be completed with your final video sent by Weds 25 Feb.

  • Familiar and comfortable using editing tools/software to create Instagram reels/Tiktoks 
  •  Able to create a good quality, engaging and informative short video
  •  Must be comfortable being filmed and having video(s) uploaded to CSM/UAL social channels 
  •  Able to put together a short outline of what you plan to include in your video
  •  Able to apply Marketing team’s feedback and make edits accordingly 
  • Able to meet the quick turnaround of this project
