The Knowledge Exchange team at Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts are looking for a diligent and efficient administrator to support with the delivery of the BIG Innovation Voucher Programme, a funded programme of innovation support for South London-based businesses.
This role best suits a candidate with previous admin experience who can adapt quickly to the demands of a fast-paced project environment.
The successful candidate is required to work on Wednesdays (remote) and Thursdays (onsite at Chelsea College of Arts).
In weeks involving workshop delivery, the Wednesday workday may be rescheduled to a Saturday, with advance notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project team in collating all required evidence and paperwork for project reports and quarterly funding claims.
- Act as a point of contact for businesses and academic staff involved in the programme and triaging queries as appropriate.
- Manage project data, including file organisation and reporting, in line with UAL policies.
- Support the delivery of project events & workshops, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing guest lists.
- Assist with raising purchase orders, collating invoices, and maintaining financial oversight for reporting purposes.
- Identify and flag any risks or delays in project delivery; escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track.
