UAL is looking for a diligent and efficient administrator to support with supporting research at Central Saint Martins. This role best suits a candidate with previous admin experience who can adapt quickly to support the department’s services.
Responsibilities may include:
• Serving as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors.
• Managing correspondence via email and telephone.
• Supporting events, booking rooms, catering, and couriers as needed.
• Maintaining databases and mailing lists.
• Performing additional duties as assigned, adhering to university policies on health and safety, equality, diversity, data protection, and financial regulations.
