Recruitment Presentation Content Coordinator

Job Description

UAL are seeking a detail-oriented student or recent graduate to assist with transferring content from an existing set of PowerPoint presentations into a new presentation template. The role involves accurately reformatting slides, ensuring consistency with the new design, maintaining the quality and integrity of the original content, and ensuring that all imagery is correctly credited. The presentations will be used for student recruitment activities, so attention to detail and visual quality are essential. You’ll gain valuable experience adhering to brand and editorial guidelines and working with design templates to produce quality resources for student recruitment activity in the UK and overseas.

Working period:

20 hours per week for 3 weeks or 35 hours per week for 2 weeks.

Possibility to extend if necessary.

Personal Specification

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer content from existing PowerPoint presentations into a new branded template.

Apply consistent formatting, layouts, and visual design across presentations.

Accurately credit all images and visual assets in line with project requirements.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout all presentations.

Work independently to manage assigned presentations and meet deadlines.

Maintain regular communication with the project supervisor to provide progress updates and resolve any queries.

Essential Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Good visual design and presentation formatting skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the project supervisor.
