Location: Truman Brewery, London
Dates: 12–14 November
Our client is looking for a photographer to support the delivery of one of the UK's leading cycling exhibitions, held at the Truman Brewery in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a photographer with a documentary and event photography style who enjoys capturing people, atmosphere and large-scale live events.
Please note this is not a product photography role. Dedicated photographers will already be covering products and technical equipment. Instead, your focus will be documenting the visitor experience and creating a comprehensive visual record of the exhibition.
Responsibilities
Thursday 12 November (3:00pm–10:00pm)
- Capture the opening evening and overall atmosphere of the exhibition.
- Photograph visitors enjoying the event and showcase the energy of the show.
- Document busy exhibition spaces and audience engagement.
- Capture key areas including the café, VIP lounge and stage audience.
Friday 13 November (8:00am–8:00pm, likely to finish earlier)
This is the primary photography day. You will:
- Photograph every exhibition stand before visitors arrive.
- Create a complete photographic record of all exhibition stands, features, rooms and signage.
- Work from a detailed shot list supplied by the client.
- Capture documentary-style images rather than posed photography.
Saturday 14 November (8:00am–12:00pm)
- Capture any remaining required images.
- Photograph the family atmosphere, including children engaging with the exhibition.
- Complete any outstanding items from the shot list.
Deliverables
- Supply all edited images within 2 days of the event ending.
- Images can be delivered via an online gallery or external hard drive.
- The client will retain perpetual usage rights for the images across all media.
