Location: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & PR Support
- Social Media & LinkedIn Posts – Assist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing posts.
- PR & Media Outreach – Support in writing press releases, coordinating media outreach, and identifying relevant journalists/influencers.
- Market Research – Track trends in odor control, sustainable textiles, and brand strategies.
Event & Presentation Support
- Event Coordination – Help plan and organize industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Presentation Support – Assist with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite for decks and marketing materials.
Admin & Project Management
- Scheduling & Coordination – Assist in managing timelines, follow-ups, and meeting notes.
- General Admin Tasks – Support with email outreach, data management, and file organization.
