Stylist - film campaign

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Stylist for our video production team in a film campaign for the UAL Showcase platform. You will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating wardrobe and style elements for on-camera talent in alignment with the project's creative direction. The stylist ensures all visual aspects related to clothing, accessories and overall character appearance are cohesive, camera-ready and consistent throughout filming.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with our Producer, Videographer and talent to understand the creative vision of the production.

· Sustainably source or rent clothing items and accessories based on budget and creative requirements.

· Style talent for the video shoot, ensuring outfits suit the scene, lighting, and camera angles.

· Maintain continuity of looks across shooting days and ensure accurate documentation of outfits.

· Conduct fittings with talent and adjust as necessary for comfort, fit, and performance.

· Manage and maintain wardrobe inventory and ensure proper labeling, organisation, and return of items post-shoot.

· Monitor talent on set for any styling issues (e.g., wrinkling, misalignment, visibility of tags).

· Stay aligned with camera-friendly materials, and industry best practices.

· Coordinate with the Makeup Artist for a cohesive overall look.

Experience:

· Proven experience as either a stylist, costume designer, or similar role in screen productions.

· Strong fashion sense with an eye for detail and color coordination.

· Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into appropriate styling choices.

· Knowledge of how fabrics and colours translate on camera and under various lighting conditions.

· Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage wardrobe logistics.

· Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
