Event Photographer for UAL staff event

Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly at the Platform Theatre at CSM and be ready to start at 1:30 PM
• Capture a wide variety of high-quality action photos and candid shots throughout the event.
• Ensure photos include key moments, activities, interactions and as many attendees as possible.
• Edit and deliver the final photos by Thursday 10th July 2025. Editing time will need to be agreed with the event lead and added to the final timesheet.
• Work collaboratively with event lead to ensure all important moments are captured.

• Experience as an event photographer.
• Your own camera and equipment
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment and editing software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with attendees and capture candid moments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the event.
• Attention to detail and creativity in capturing the essence of the event.
  
• Reliable transportation to and from the event location.

• Background in covering corporate or large-scale events.
