London College of Fashion needs TWO reliable Events Assistants to work front of house for our LCF Undergraduate Class of 2025 Catwalks at Protein Studios.
Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What will you be doing?
• Assisting event setup and breakdown.
• Providing on-site support during events mainly front of house but also some backstage tasks.
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Working with team members, covering breaks and assisting with ad hoc tasks
• Familiarising yourself with the programme, space and schedule of the event.
When will you be working?
Wednesday 9 July:
Shift start: 10:00
Shift end: 20:00
Thursday 10 July
Shift start: 11:30
Shift end: 20:00
Friday 11 July
Shift start: 11:30
Shift end: 21:30
These hours are variable and you may be able to leave earlier or be asked to stay later depending on the needs of the event. Breaks will be given throughout each day and lunch will be provided.
