UAL is looking for a diligent and efficient administrator to support with Course Support at various sites across UAL This role best suits a candidate with previous admin experience who can adapt quickly to support the department’s services.
As a Course Support Administrator, you’re at your happiest when you’re juggling priorities and making things happen. As part of our friendly team, you will put all of this to good use as you provide professional administrative support to our courses.
This role is a front facing role and you will be on site four days a week during term time.
Responsibilities may include:
• Serving as the primary point of contact for staff, students, and visitors.
• Managing correspondence via email and telephone.
• Booking rooms, catering, and couriers as needed.
• Arranging and scheduling meetings.
• Maintaining databases and mailing lists.
• Performing additional duties as assigned, adhering to university policies on health and safety, equality, diversity, data protection, and financial regulations.
