Background Information
Careers and Employability empowers UAL students and graduates to make a living doing what they love.
We offer practical events, mentoring, funding, advice and temporary work to support UAL students and graduates with their freelance work, artistic practice, business or career.
The Career Fair supports students and graduates with their job search needs and networking opportunities with employers offering creative work.
Hosted by UAL’s Careers and Employability, the fair allows students and graduates to meet and engage with exciting employers, get feedback on their CVs and portfolios, and hear about how companies recruit and what opportunities exist to support their careers.
Purpose
We want to raise awareness of the Careers and Employability Fair, and what we can offer to students and graduates who attend.
Audience
The primary audience for our marketing materials are UAL students and recent alumni. These videos will be shared on UAL social media, potentially the main channels and definitely the Careers and Employability channels.
In order to get the message across to student who might have English as their second language, or have a learning difference which makes reading difficult, the videos need to be clear and visually represent the message.
The secondary audiences are UAL staff – in particular tutors/course leaders who we want to signpost their students to the services offered by Careers & Employability.
