Camberwell Student Ambassadors (BA Year 1 & Year 2)

Job Description

The Student Recruitment and Marketing team are looking to recruit new student ambassadors to support at upcoming open days.

Our student ambassadors will be responsible for providing informative and engaging tours of the college, speaking positively about their course and the college to visitors whilst answering questions and offering helpful information and being on hand to help the Student Recruitment and Marketing team with additional event set-up tasks.

We have two upcoming open days:

Wednesday 29 October

BA Illustration, BA Graphic Design and BA Interior and Spatial Design Open Day (9:15 - 17:00)

Saturday 1 November

BA Fine Art: Drawing, BA Fine Art: Painting, BA Fine Art: Sculpture, BA Fine Art: Photography Open Day (9:15 - 17:00)

In order to work either or both of these events you MUST be able to attend the College Tour training session on Tuesday 28 October, 14:00 - 17:00. At this training we will teach you the college tour route, provide a script, and give you the information and confidence to run tours.

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Camberwell
• Reliable and punctual.
• Friendly and approachable demeanour.

Plus you must be a Year 1 or Year 2 student for one of the following courses:

BA Fine Art: Drawing

BA Fine Art: Painting

BA Fine Art: Sculpture

BA Fine Art: Photography

BA Illustration

BA Graphic Design

BA Interior and Spatial Design
