About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and attentive Note Taker to accurately record discussions during an upcoming focus group session. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing key points, themes, and insights from the group conversation and summarising them clearly after the session.

Date: Thursday 20 November
Time: 11:00 – 17:00
Location: London College of Communication, Elephant and Castle

Responsibilities

Listen carefully to the focus group discussion.
Take accurate and detailed notes throughout the session.
Write a concise summary highlighting the main themes, insights, and key takeaways.
Ensure all notes are clear, well-organised, and submitted promptly after the session.

Deliverable

A written summary and set of detailed notes outlining key conversations and insights from the focus group.

Requirements

Excellent listening and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to capture key ideas accurately.
Previous experience taking notes or summarizing discussions (preferred but not required).
Ability to maintain confidentiality of participants and discussion content.
