UAL needs a reliable Events Assistant to set up and run an online symposium on February 13th 2026 called the Choreography of Consent. The role will involve setting up the platform for the event, assisting presenters and managing the tech on the day so that it runs smoothly (letting people in, managing microphones, recording the event). Please join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs without a hitch!
Responsibilities include:
Assisting presenters before and during the event to make sure their materials are compatible
Working with the convenors to choose the right platform and set up links to the event
Managing the technical running of the event
Familiarising yourself with the programme, and schedule of the event.
