Ideal candidates should ideally have the following qualities:
• Experience in an administrative support role.
• Knowledge and experience of Office 365, including Word, Teams, and MS Excel.
• Experienced in providing support in person and email.
• Communicates effectively orally, in writing and/or using visual media.
• Experience of planning, prioritising, and organising work to meet deadlines.
• Works collaboratively in a team or with different professional groups, ensuring the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion are upheld.
• Can Provide a positive and responsive student or customer service and unfazed by demanding
customers and always works in a professional manner
