Placement Administrator

Job Description

Placement monitoring:

Contact points: sending, reviewing and recording Students’ check-in questionnaires. Liaising with Placements Officers to flag up any concerns.
Chasing above information, sending students reminders on deadlines
Updating the students’ records accordingly
Liaising with Placements team on missed contact points for reporting purposes
Placement approval process

Additionally, for Student route visa students:

Sending, reviewing and recording employers’ Check-in questionnaires every 5 weeks
Chasing missing questionnaires
Saving student’s and employer’s check-in questionnaires in the Tier 4 monitoring folders
Updating records accordingly, and liaising with the Placements Officer when changes need to be made to the confirmation form on JISC

Sourcing and posting placement opportunities on Creative Opportunities jobs board

Training and induction for the role will be provided at the start.

The role will be mainly remote, with occasional days in the office. The days of the week can be flexible and we will monitor the workload on a weekly basis.

Competent in Excel
Admin experience
