CCI Nerve Lab Launch Event Support (8th June 2026)

Job Description

CCI needs reliable Events Assistant/s to work on The Nerve Lab Launch Event at High Holborn on the 8th June 2026 (4:30pm - 8pm) . The Nerve Lab team is currently recruiting 4 students who have previous industry event experience to support us.

Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting event setup and breakdown.
• Providing on-site support during events.
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborating with vendors and team members.
• Familiarising yourself with the programme, space and schedule of the event.

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous industry event experience is a plus.
