What do you think about UAL's purpose and what we offer?
We're conducting focus groups with key audiences, including our alumni community, to test whether
- our brand purpose reflects who we are and why we exist
- our brand proposition reflects what we offer.
We welcome graduates across all backgrounds, genders and age groups, who have completed an FE, UG or PG course with us. We are particularly interested in hearing from graduates who have pursued a diverse range of career paths, from freelancing to joining a studio, pivoting across disciplines or sectors and more.
What you'll do: Reflect and respond to whether our two statements, the purpose and proposition, align with your lived experience of studying at UAL and understanding of why we exist. We will also ask you about what motivated you to study at university and what employability meant to you as a student and recent graduate.
When it's happening: Focus groups will take place online throughout April, time slots and links to join will be coordinated with participants.
How we'll use your contribution: We will use the thoughts shared during the session to inform how we develop our brand proposition and purpose statements.
