MS Teams and AV Support

Our research network needs reliable Events Assistant to work on EARTH Research Symposium at High Holborn. Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with AV setup and breakdown.

• Providing on-site support for MS Teams to run the event hybridly 

• Collaborating with team members.

Personal Specification:

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Demonstrable AV and IT skills with specific knowledge of UAL tech and MS Teams 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Previous event support and hybrid event experience
