Job Description

UAL needs two reliable Ticket Attendants to work on The Staff Summer Party check-in desk at the Parade Ground, Chelsea College of Arts. Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking Eventbrite tickets an ensuring attendees are attending the correct session.
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborating with vendors and team members.
• Familiarising yourself with the programme, space and schedule of the event.

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous event experience is a plus.
