UAL needs reliable Events Assistant/s to work for our BA Catwalk and Screening events at LCF East Bank.
Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly!
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting event setup and breakdown - putting out programmes, clearing rubbish between screenings/shows,
• Providing on-site support during events - welcoming audience into screenings, calling lifts and escorting guests up to the catwalk space
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience - providing way-finding assistance to guests
• Collaborating with vendors and team members - working as a team to ensure smooth movement of guests
• Familiarising yourself with the programme, space and schedule of the event - being informed and helpful to staff, students and external guests
The shifts are:
Wednesday 15 July - 10:00 - 16:00 (6 hours)
Thursday 16 July - 11:00 - 18:00 (7 hours)
Friday 17 July - 11:00 - 16:00 (5 hours)
You must be able to work at least two full shifts and ideally all of the shifts.
