Job Description

Leading London womenswear house producing clothing in limited, numbered editions is looking for a talented Videographer and Editor to create content for socials. They work from an appointment-only showroom in Marylebone that functions as a finished film set — a controlled, warm, cinematic space. Their content is founder-led and built around a strong, distinctive visual point of view, closer to fashion film than typical social media.

The role
They are looking for an experienced videographer to shoot and edit a recurring series of short-form vertical videos (Reels and TikTok), filmed in their showroom. The work is cinematic and narrative in feel but built to perform on social: strong opening seconds, considered pacing, restraint that still travels. You will work directly with the founder.

What you will do
- Film founder-led video content in the Marylebone showroom, working to an established visual look and colour grade.
- Edit that footage into finished vertical videos for Instagram and TikTok.
- Shoot in batches — typically 4 to 8 short pieces per session — for efficiency.
- Keep the look consistent across everything so the channel reads as one coherent world.
- Bring ideas on framing, motion and edit, while staying inside the house's existing aesthetic.

Personal Specification

- Experienced in fashion, film and digital production
- A genuine eye for cinematic, editorial image-making — not fast-cut, trend-led content.
- Confident shooting and editing solo (phone and/or camera; CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci).
- Able to hold a consistent grade and a slow, composed style while still cutting a strong hook.
- Reliable on turnaround and comfortable with a regular batch schedule.
- Location: Marylebone showroom (appointment-based; not a daily office role).
- Estimated commitment: roughly one half-day shoot per month (in studio in Marylebone) plus edit time, with scope to grow - start with one paid trial shoot (a single half-day plus edit), then move to a regular monthly batch if it's a fit.
