Content Creator - Fashion & Beauty

Hours: 2 days per week (Flexible scheduling around shoots)
Location: London (Hybrid — Studio, On-Location, Remote)
Contract: Part-time, Temporary

An emerging, vision-driven independent brand in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle e-commerce space is seeking a hands-on Content Creator to take full creative ownership of their visual identity. This role is a perfect launchpad for a UAL student or graduate who can translate a distinct brand vision into scroll-stopping digital assets, bringing both creative flair and structure to the production process.

Working directly with the brand founder, the successful candidate will lead creative direction, coordinate small teams of collaborators, and manage the end-to-end production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Lead monthly strategy sessions to align content with campaigns; build and maintain a visual feed and content calendar.

• Creative Direction: Develop concepts, design detailed shoot-day shot lists, and build visual reference boards/reel structures.

• Production & Shoots: Run 1–2 monthly London production days. Direction includes high-end studio e-commerce shoots (working with an established photographer) and dynamic on-location lifestyle/BTS shoots.

• Post-Production: Manage the full editing and delivery workflow, ensuring high-quality, commercially ready assets.

Experience: Proven track record creating content for a brand, agency, or freelance portfolio within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors

On-Set Confidence: Ability to direct creative talent, crew, and models confidently on shoot days to execute a vision efficiently

Organisation: Strong organizational skills to manage a production schedule and content calendar independently

Technical Skill: Proficiency in photo/video editing, or experience managing an external editing process<source-footnote
