Job Description

Location: Stratford, London
Hours: 8 hours per week (includes regular evening and weekend shifts)
Contract Duration: 3-month temporary contract (possibility of extension for the right candidate)

Are you a passionate, energetic content creator with an eye for compelling stories and a feel for what makes people sit up and take notice?

We’re looking for a filmmaker/photographer to produce fresh, engaging content for our official social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Every night, 3,000 people come through our doors, each with their own story, personality and experience of this iconic live event. Your job will be to find those stories — capturing the emotions, reactions and unexpected moments that bring our audience and the concert experience to life.

Using classic and experimental filming and photography techniques, you’ll create organic content that captures the true spirit of the event, the atmosphere and the unique experiences of our audience. Your stories will connect with our community, excite existing fans and introduce the event to new audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Content Creation: Shoot content before and after concerts, editing what you capture into engaging, social-first video and photography.
  • Storytelling & Idea Generation: Spot authentic moments, uncover interesting characters and stories, and develop fresh content ideas inspired by the concert experience and its audience.
  • Social-First Content: Create organic content with an understanding of the different audiences, formats and behaviours across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Community & Relationship Building: Connect naturally with visitors, fans and staff, putting people at ease and encouraging the interactions and reactions that make great content.

Personal Specification

  • People Person: Naturally confident and curious around people, comfortable approaching strangers, starting conversations and quickly putting them at ease in front of a camera.
  • Creative & relevant: You understand people and what makes them want to watch and share content. You avoid clichés and actively seek out the emotion, personality and unexpected moments that turn everyday situations into stories.
  • Hands-On & Autonomous: You’re confident working independently on-site, spotting opportunities as they happen and turning real moments, interactions and emotions into engaging stories without needing a detailed brief.
  • Platform Savvy: You’re naturally immersed in social media, with a strong feel for the trends, formats, sounds and behaviours shaping TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — and the judgement to know what to use, adapt or ignore.
  • Flexible & Reliable: You’ll need to be available to cover 1–2 concerts a week, across weekday evenings and weekend afternoons/evenings. You’ll share the schedule with a small team and can swap between yourselves when needed, but if you’re down to cover a concert, we’re counting on you to show up.

The company will provide computer editing facilities inc. appropriate software, but the creative is expected to have access to their own cameras and recording devices.
We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
