Job Description

The Digital Learning team at London College of Communication are looking for a diligent and efficient digital learning administrator to support with digital learning activities at LCC for a period of 3 months. This role best suits a candidate with previous digital learning admin experience and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems who can adapt quickly to support the department’s services.

Responsibilities may include: 
 
  • providing platform (mainly Moodle) support
  • Video uploading and monitoring (Panopto)
  • Image and graphics changes
  • Accessibility audit and support
  • Files and sites organisation support
  • support with managing the Digital Learning Helpdesk

University Degree

- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Experience

- Experience in supporting digital platforms

- Experience in higher education settings

- Experience in image processing and document management

Skills and Abilities

- Strong IT and digital literacy skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

- Proficiency with learning management systems

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Knowledge

- Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG)

- Awareness of emerging trends in digital learning and educational technology

- Familiarity with basic image editing and resizing tools
