UAL is looking for a diligent and efficient operations administrator to support the Finance department largely based at the Kings Cross campus. This role best suits a candidate with previous admin experience who can adapt quickly to support the department’s services.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the the Finance training festival, including managing dates, delegates lists, and presentations on feedback
- Maintaining Finance mailing lists and organisational charts.
- Raising purchase orders on Finance MIS and managing the distribution of laptops
- Booking meeting rooms, and supporting the recruitment and induction of new staff.
- Updating the web content on the internal internet site, ensuring they meet accessibility standards.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings.
- Performing additional duties as assigned, adhering to university policies on health and safety, equality, diversity, data protection, and financial regulations.
