Job Description

UAL needs reliable Events Assistant/s to work at Pitch It at Chelsea College of Arts, Red Room, 16 John Islip Street, London SW1P 4JU. Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting event setup and breakdown.
  • Welcome and register attendees.
  • Providing on-site support during events.
  • Providing information and handling guest inquiries.
  • Collaborating with vendors and team members.
  • Ushering / directing
  • Hospitality and catering set-up, maintenance and take down.
  • Assisting on reception / information desk.
  • Familiarising yourself with the programme, space and schedule of the event.

 

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous event experience is a plus.
