Events assistants will be required to work at the opening night on Tuesday 15 July from 5pm to 9pm. The venue is the Mall Galleries on The Mall.
The role will involve manning the entrances and registering/checking in guests who are attending the private view. All guests will have signed up via Eventbrite and the Events Assistants will be required to use the Eventbrite app to check them in. Ideally, the Events Assistants will download and use the Eventbrite app on their own device. Further details on this can be provided closer to the time.
The role will also require directing delegates around the building and managing people flow to avoid congestion or big crowds forming up.
