Film Actors and Extras

As an actor: 

• Portray a character using physical movement, gestures, and facial expressions. 

• Follow direction from the director and creative team. 

• Perform in rehearsals and live or recorded productions. 

• Stay in character throughout scenes, even without speaking. 

• Wear appropriate costumes and makeup as required by the role. 

• Collaborate with other actors and crew to bring the story to life. 

As an extra: 

• Appear in scenes as part of the background (e.g. walking down the street, sitting in a crowd, etc.). 

• Follow directions from the assistant director or production staff. 

• Remain quiet and still when required during filming. 

Requirements: 

• Must be reliable and punctual. 

• Comfortable being on camera and following simple instructions. 

• Must be able to stay on set for several hours at a time. 

• Be flexible with call times and changes in schedule. 

No previous experience required. All looks and backgrounds welcome.
