Event Assistants (Bar & Hospitality Support)

Date: Wednesday 15th October 2025
Time: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Location: Central London (exact details to be provided to successful candidates)

About the Role

Arts Temps is seeking two friendly and reliable Event Assistants to support a special evening event hosted by a leading arts and architecture organisation. The event will be an intimate architectural talk with an audience of up to 80 guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Staffing the bar throughout the event

  • Preparing and serving drinks and light snacks

  • Assisting with guest hospitality as required

  • Ensuring the space remains welcoming and professional at all times

 

 

 

Personal Specification

  • Previous experience in bar work, hospitality, or events preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Punctual, professional, and presentable
