Pop Up Studio Assistant @ LCF
We are currently looking for two individuals to take on the role of Pop-Up Studio Assistant at London College of Fashion.
Working closely with the Kit Room & Studios technical team this new role will be responsible for the day to day running of the Pop-Up Studio spaces which are used by SMC school students.
Responsibilities including:
- Monitoring of the Pop-up Studios email inbox and ORB profile: Responding to emails and requests, and ensuring booking systems are live and working.
- Ensuring Pop-Up Studio rooms have been cleared by the estates team before bookings commence and liaising with estates to resolve any issues
- Assisting students using the spaces with any queries and issues
- Checking Studio spaces at regular intervals to ensure H&S and time slot compliance
- Termly programming of ORB booking slots for Studio spaces
- Reporting any issues to the Kit Room Team and Technical Coordinator
Hours's Available:
Position 1: Every Tuesday 16.30-20.30, and every other Saturday 9.00-17.00
Position 2: Every Wednesday 12.30-20.30, and every other Saturday 9.00-17.00
A degree of flexibility would be appreciated to cover each other when required
