Photographer & Videographer – Industry Networking Event

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled photographer and videographer to capture the energy, engagement, and collaboration at a high-profile industry event. The content will be used to engage stakeholders, promote future events, and provide visual assets for marketing and communications.

Shoot hours: 9.5

Post Production hours: 20

Total hours: 29.5

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

Capture 10 high-quality, edited images highlighting the event atmosphere, speakers, networking sessions, and branded visuals.
Deliver high-resolution JPEGs suitable for web and print.
Maintain a natural, bright, and professional style.
Avoid overly staged or posed imagery.

Videography:

Produce a 2-minute highlight video in 16:9 landscape (MP4) format suitable for web and social channels.
Include event branding and logos.
Capture key moments including arrivals, networking, panels, and reception.
Video should showcase the energy, diversity, and scale of the event.

Vox Pops:

Record 4–5 short interviews (30–60 seconds each) with key delegates, ideally during the reception.
Format clips for web and social media.
Collect consent forms and ensure participants are aware of filming.

Deliverables & Timeline:

Photography: 1 week post-event
Video: within 2 weeks post-event
Vox pops: within 2 weeks post-event

Personal Specification

Proven experience in event photography and videography.
Strong editing skills and ability to deliver polished final content on time.
Ability to work discreetly and professionally in a dynamic event environment.
Awareness of privacy, consent, and event confidentiality.
