Job Description

UAL needs reliable Events Assistant/s to work on the Photography Tour and Private View at London College of Communication. Join us in making this event a success by providing essential support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting event setup and breakdown.

• Handling guests coats and bags in an orderly fashion in the cloak room.

• Providing on-site support during events.
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborating with vendors and team members.
• Familiarising yourself with the programme, space and schedule of the event.

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous event experience is a plus.
