Job Description

CCI Summer Festival 2026 - Registration Ambassadors

 

Events:  

    • Industry Private view: Thursday 25th June 18:00-20:3 
    • Family & Friends Private ViewFriday 26th June 18:00-20:3
  •  

  •  Exhibition General opening times:

    • Friday 26th June – 11:00-16:00
    •   Saturday 27th June – 11:00-16:00  

  

Total hours: Working hours 4– 5.5 hours (with 30-45 minutes break available on shift days 25th-27th June)  

Pay: Task rate two 

  

16 X Registration ambassador shifts 

  

    • Welcoming all visitors and ensuring guests are ‘checked in’ using the Eventbrite app on an iPad that CCI will provide.   
    • Explaining to guests about the exhibition, directing visitors into the exhibition and answering any initial questions visitors may have.    
    • On request provide mini tour of the exhibition.
    • A briefing will be provided including exhibition FAQs, health and safety and emergency procedures.   

 

Requirements:   

Shifts availableplease specify ALL shifts you are available for and the number you would like to work. Applicants should be available for at least 2 shifts and priority will be given to those who can do more. 

X3 Thursday 25th June17:00 –21.00 (4 hours) 
X3 Friday 26th June 11:45 - 16:15pm (5.5 hours) 
X3 Friday 26th June 17:45-20:45 (3 hours) 
X3 Saturday 27th June 11.45 - 16:15pm (5.5 hours) 

  • Read fire safety and emergency procedure provided in briefing.   
  • Wear the CCI Student ambassador badge (provided). 
  • Learn about the projects included in the Festival. 

Personal Specification

Person Specification:

    • Familiar with CCI  
    • Ability to understand and disseminate information on projects 
    • Customer service experience 
    • Student event / festival experience 
 
Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous event experience is a plus.
