CCI Summer Festival 2026 - Registration Ambassadors

Events:  

• • Industry Private view: Thursday 25th June 18:00-20:30  

• • Family & Friends Private View: Friday 26th June 18:00-20:30 

•  

•  Exhibition General opening times:

• • Friday 26th June – 11:00-16:00
• •   Saturday 27th June – 11:00-16:00  

Total hours: Working hours 4 – 5.5 hours (with 30-45 minutes break available on shift days 25th-27th June)  

Pay: Task rate two  

16 X Registration ambassador shifts 

• • Welcoming all visitors and ensuring guests are ‘checked in’ using the Eventbrite app on an iPad that CCI will provide.   

• • Explaining to guests about the exhibition, directing visitors into the exhibition and answering any initial questions visitors may have.    

• • On request provide mini tour of the exhibition.

• • A briefing will be provided including exhibition FAQs, health and safety and emergency procedures.   

Requirements:   

Shifts available: please specify ALL shifts you are available for and the number you would like to work. Applicants should be available for at least 2 shifts and priority will be given to those who can do more. 

• Read fire safety and emergency procedure provided in briefing.   

• Wear the CCI Student ambassador badge (provided). 

• Learn about the projects included in the Festival. 

Person Specification:

• • Familiar with CCI  

• • Ability to understand and disseminate information on projects 

• • Customer service experience 

• • Student event / festival experience
