We are looking for seeking three confident, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Tour Guides to lead a large group of international visitors around London College of Communication (LCC).

Time: 14:30 – 15:30
Location: London College of Communication (LCC)
Number of Visitors: Approximately 40–48 students and 3 staff members from China
The visiting group consists of students from China who are attending UAL Summer Short Courses and are keen to learn more about LCC, its facilities, courses, creative community, and student experience. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming, informative, and engaging tour, helping visitors gain a valuable insight into studying at UAL.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a group tour of approximately 15 visitors around the LCC campus.
- Provide information about LCC's facilities, creative disciplines, and student experience.
- Highlight key spaces, resources, and opportunities available to students.
- Answer visitors' questions in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Represent UAL and LCC positively and act as an ambassador for the College.
- Ensure the group remains together and follows relevant health and safety guidance during the visit.
