BA Fine Art Welcome Day Assistant

Job Description

Lead campus tours for new BA Fine Art students, introducing them to the facilities, studios, and key areas of Central Saint Martins.
Use my experience as a course alumnus/alumna to provide reassurance, guidance, and practical advice to students during their first week.
Help new students feel comfortable and confident as they familiarise themselves with the campus and begin their studies.
Share relevant knowledge and personal experience of the course and CSM to help students understand what to expect during their time at university.
Act as an ambassador for the BA Fine Art course, creating a welcoming and positive first impression for new students.
Engage with students throughout the tour, answering questions where appropriate and directing them to relevant staff or resources when needed.

Has relevant experience within their area of work and is able to work independently, taking responsibility for leading campus tours and supporting new students.
Demonstrates a commitment to understanding the different experiences, backgrounds, and needs of students within the BA Fine Art course.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the course, campus, facilities, and student experience, and is able to share relevant information and guidance with new students.
Uses their experience as a course alumnus/alumna to provide reassurance, practical advice, and support to students during their first week.
Communicates confidently and clearly with students, creating a welcoming and supportive
