Role: Careers and Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator 
Location: Student Hub, London College of Fashion, East Bank 
Dates and Times: Wednesday 18 November 2026, 10.30am to 3.30pm 
Hours paid: 8 hours (Grade 2 via Arts Temps) 

Open to postgraduate students from all UAL colleges and institutes, Post-Grad Community’s Post-Grad Connects is a day of conversation, connection and creative networking. 

We’re looking a student or recent graduate to help support UAL’s Careers and Employability team, specifically their Employability Educator, in ideating, developing and facilitating a workshop at the Post-Grad Connects event. 

The workshop needs to be drop in and encourage learning about available resources regarding careers and wellbeing, while also providing an opportunity for student participants to connect each other 

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UAL Careers and Employability staff to support the planning, development and delivery of a careers and wellbeing workshop for postgraduate students
•  Facilitating workshop on the day, helping to encourage participation, discussion and engagement from attendees
•  Welcome participants, provide guidance throughout the session and help create an inclusive, supportive and positive environment.
•  Support the preparation and management of workshop materials, resources and activities before, during and after the event – any purchased materials can be expensed through UAL Arts Temps 

Experience 

Previous experience supporting events would be beneficial. You should be confident communicating with a wide range of people, able to work as part of a team, and willing to take initiative to help ensure the event runs smoothly. A friendly, approachable and reliable attitude is essential.
