Post Grad Connects Content Creator

Open to postgraduate students from all UAL colleges and institutes, Post-Grad Community’s Post-Grad Connects is a day of conversation, connection and creative networking. 

We’re looking for a content creator to capture and create 1 or 2 short-form social media videos (up to 60 seconds) at our event. The aim is to showcase the value of building creative connections and networks, alongside seeing opportunities available at UAL, and specifically how Post-Grad Community brings this together.  

We're looking for a TikTok/Reel-style video that feels authentic, engaging and student-led, featuring event highlights and quick interactions with attendees. 

The final video should be optimised for Instagram Reels and TikTok, using a fast-paced, social-first style that encourages other postgraduate students to get involved with future opportunities.

• Confident creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. 

• Strong photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera. 

• Ability to edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar. 

• Confident approaching and interacting with students, staff and event attendees. 

• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. 

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently at events.
