Job Description

The Knowledge Exchange team at Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts are looking for a diligent and efficient administrator to support with the delivery of a project with Natural England.

This role best suits a candidate with previous admin experience who can adapt quickly to the demands of a fast-paced project environment.

The successful candidate is required to work 1 day a week (in person) with flexibility around the specific day.
In weeks involving workshop delivery, working arrangements may vary to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinate logistics for Natural England workshops, including sourcing and booking suitable venues

  • Prepare and circulate workshop documentation (agendas, briefing papers, attendance lists, and materials)

  • Provide on-the-day and pre-event administrative support to ensure workshops run smoothly

  • Manage communications with internal teams, venues, and external attendees as required

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and trackers related to workshop planning and delivery

  • Support general project administration tasks, including scheduling, document management, and ad hoc support

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

  • Experience providing administrative or project support in a professional setting

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Experience supporting meetings, workshops, or events, including booking venues and preparing materials

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (or equivalent) for document preparation and coordination

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
