Documentary Videographer

The Learning and Teaching Directorate (UAL) are looking for an experienced videographer to support with the filming and editing of a short film documenting the process of producing (and the outputs from) a series of workshops on art and resistance. This video will live on our department UAL Stories pages. 

We’re looking for someone with experience producing short films or educational videos, strong storytelling and editing skills, and an understanding of creative or HE contexts. Examples of previous work would be helpful to see. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Documenting the collaborative and creative process of the project.

• Working closely with the team to adhere to the brief.

• Editing and grading footage to create a polished final film.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Proven experience in videography e.g. shooting, editing, lighting and storytelling.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Ability to work to a deadline.

• Proficiency with professional video camera equipment and editing software.
