Proven experience mixing live sound for musical theatre or similar performance settings

Strong working knowledge of radio mic systems, playback software, and digital mixing consoles

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during live events

Professional, collaborative, and self-reliant working style

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Experience working with — or willingness to support — young performers aged 10–16

Experience mentoring or supervising junior technicians

Familiarity with live theatre production workflows and rehearsal processes

Portfolio or references demonstrating live sound mixing experience
