  • Thursday 18 June: Matinee and evening performances (10:00 am – 9:30 pm)

Personal Specification

Essential

  • Proven experience mixing live sound for musical theatre or similar performance settings

  • Strong working knowledge of radio mic systems, playback software, and digital mixing consoles

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during live events

  • Professional, collaborative, and self-reliant working style

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience working with — or willingness to support — young performers aged 10–16

Desirable

  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior technicians

  • Familiarity with live theatre production workflows and rehearsal processes

  • Portfolio or references demonstrating live sound mixing experience

This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of sound delivery within a dynamic educational performance context while contributing to a high-quality live production. To apply, please submit a CV with your relevant technical experience
